Standard delivery (within 5 days) is via royal mail and starts @ £2.55 with a maximum of £5 to the UK including VAT.

Guaranteed next day delivery before 1 PM for items weighing up to 2kg is by Royal Mail special delivery and costs £8.00 including VAT, all orders weighing in excess of 2kg will be sent by ANC. 

All parcels must be signed for upon receipt so please ensure there will be someone available to do this at your delivery address.

Stock Availability

Whilst we will endeavor to keep our site up to date with the very latest information on new product and current stock from time to time we may find ourselves unable to complete orders. In this case we will contact you with options on alternative product/sizes/colours or a date for when specific items will be back in stock and available for shipment. Every effort has been made to show all garments as accurately as possible in terms of colour and fabric however limitations in production and screen display may result in variations from actual garments.

Returns procedure

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unworn & undamaged goods within 7 days of receipt of goods using the returns form provided. If you require an alternative garment please make sure you specify which colour and size you would like in exchange. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. If these details are not provided it may delay your card refund.

If the items being returned were subject to our free delivery offer for all orders over £75, and your order value falls below £75 the standard delivery charge will not be refunded.

Please note that all items returned for exchange will be shipped back to you free of charge
